Twelve Years back Ar.Anand Dhopte & Ar.Sheetal Dhopte, realized the need to bridge the gap between the mundane theory taught in colleges and the actual practicality of design and execution in the field of Interior Design. A lot of analysis was done with the actual points of concern. With the study of some National and International University modules & their relevence in solving the problem, they initiated a pattern based on ‘Study Without Books’. His expertise lies in varied fields like Commercial – showrooms for Honda Cars, furniture malls etc., high-end Residential projects, Corporate projects for NHAI & NADT, Hospital projects like Hope Hospital, Industrial (Mihan) projects & more in Nagpur, Amraoti, Akola, Mumbai, Delhi, and cities in Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh. He is also an Empanelled Architect for Reserve Bank of India(RBI) & Bank of India(BOI) His working philosophy emphasises on Eco friendly environment, designing with Nature & working on Green Buildings. With her professional efficacy, focussing on User Comfort, she serves clients in Nagpur in Residential, Commercial and Corporate sectors. Some of her prestigious projects include Corporate office for Ministry of Environment(MOEF), Money Bee Institute etc. She has also served as Project Manager for a 150 Acre Township company in Nagpur.
