Ar. Anand Dhopte

Practising Architect, Interior Designer & Landscape Designer, Completed B.Arch from Amravati University in year 1995.. Practising Architecture & Interior Design for past 30 years, He has served some prestigious clients NADT, NHAI, Honda Cars, Eicher & Citroen showrooms Nagpur, Tao chain of showrooms at Nagpur, Jaipur & NewZealand. Started Excel Interior Design Institute in 2013 with wife Ar. Sheetal Dhopte with the unique concept of “Study Without Book” to bridge the gap between the theoretical studies & practical reality of this field. Crafting filed ready Interior Designers is the only objective of this Institute. Share with pride that more than 70-75% of our students either join a design firm with good position or start their own practise after taking the course with us.

Ar. Sheetal Dhopte

Practising Architect & Interior Designer, Completed BArch from VRCE (Now VNIT) Nagpur in year 2002. Spent some time assisting designing & construction at the rehab project by Tatas at Surashtra after 2001 earthquake in Gujrat, during training. Practising Architecture & Interior Design for past 22 years, She has served some prestigious clients like MOEF - Maharashtra & Chhattisgadh, AK Gandhi- TVS showrooms, DPS- Mihan & Kamptee road, CDS school Nagpur & more. Started Excel Interior Design Institute in 2013 with husband Ar.Anand Dhopte with the unique concept of “Study Without Book” to bridge the gap between the theoretical studies & practical reality of this field. Crafting filed ready Interior Designers is the only objective of this Institute. Rajat Tirpude

He has completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce Computer Applications and Advance Certification course in Interior Design from Excel Interior Designing Institute, Nagpur. He is an Interior Designer with a strong passion for transforming spaces into timeless and functional environments. He has the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including residential homeowners, commercial businesses, and boutique hospitality spaces. His design ethos focuses on balancing aesthetics and functionality while tailoring every space to reflect the client’s personality .He specializes in a variety of design styles including modern minimalism, contemporary, and traditional Indian aesthetics. Whether it’s designing a cozy apartment or a luxurious office suite, He believes every space has a story — and He strives to bring that story to life with creativity and precision.

She has completed B.Arch from Smt. Manoramabai Mundle College of Architecture And M.design from International School of Design, Pune. She is a founder of Rooms & Spaces, a design studio rooted in mindful, sustainable architecture. She believes every space should reflect the soul and story of its people. Her work blends modern aesthetics with timeless design and environmental responsibility. She specialize in creating functional, serene, and emotionally resonant spaces. From homes to commercial interiors, each project is approached with clarity, depth, and purpose. Based in a Tier 2 city in India, She aim's to make meaningful design both accessible and impactful.
